Long before the first residents arrived at Alibaug's Borghar, there was already a colony of original inhabitants. Colourful birds native to the region. Fertile soil perfect for growing fruit and trees. And miles of blue hills where only the freshest breezes blow.
In 2007, architect and designer Mr. Rayomund Patel, along with Nitin Nagwekar, saw something in these hills that most people missed. While everyone else was chasing beachfront, they looked inland. What they found was, quite literally, heavens on earth. And that's how Terra Heavens was born.
Terra Realtors LLP isn't a conventional developer. We don't flatten land and impose structures on it. We study the terrain, respect its contours, and develop plots and infrastructure that feel like they've always belonged there.

Mr. Rayomund Patel
Mr. Rayomund Patel is an accomplished Architect with deep-rooted knowledge of the Alibaug region. Known for his unwavering focus and high standards, he has successfully designed and executed numerous large-scale development projects for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) alongside his young, enthusiastic team.
This extensive execution experience provided the creative edge to conceptualize and bring the Terra Heavens project to life. Driven by an honest and transparent approach, Mr. Patel is deeply dedicated to building committed, long-lasting relationships with every client and patron of Terra Heavens.
Mr. Nitin Nagwekar
Mr. Nitin Nagwekar brings over two decades of real estate expertise to Alibaug. A Mumbai native based in the region since 2003, his extensive background includes a decade at Samira Habitats India Ltd., where he spearheaded land acquisition, project approvals, and community stakeholder relations.
Prior to co-founding Terra Realtors LLP, he established Square Deal Land Consultants to provide end-to-end property solutions, including due diligence and regulatory compliance. Today, his profound regional knowledge and strong industry relationships are pivotal in driving Terra's successful acquisition strategies and sustained growth.
